People share ideas, videos, photo's and opinions. Today's marketers are finding that the best way to connect with customers, is to find a way to have, them share your product! You tube is a perfect example. If someone likes a video, they can embed this video on their blog, or website! This creates a link back to your site! Search engines embrace quality links that show you are a active player! The better your content, the more your product can proliferate! The term viral marketing, or like a
virus, in which your content is spread quickly, providing links from many sites, almost overnight! Many bookmarking sites have grown out of this social blog sphere! Making it easy for bookmarking sites to connect readers to your site will increase your visibility. If they like your blog they will tag your pages! If they love your blog they will not want to miss any and become a subscriber! With RSS your subscribers, will not miss any of your blogs and can keep up with all of your posts! On this blog for Lake Tahoe Enterprise, I promote many other business in the community, in which I live. It is important to become involved with other resources for your readers. If your blog is a source for any information that may be of importance to them. Then they have a reason to want to bookmark or subscribe! The concept of SMO, is making your site, more linkable and to have your site highly bookmarked, for social networks.
